Breathe

Revised: Nov 23, 2023

The energy of life permeates the air, and you can actively harness this energy by simply breathing.  When you want more of the energy of life, breathe more!  Fill your body with more of the energy of life and you are filling your life with more energy.

Consciously direct the life energy to your brain, and you will notice an expanded awareness of life and a heightened perception of your surroundings. Your consciousness will expand as you engage in this practice.  As you continue, you may explore directing this energy to other parts of your body, unlocking a world of possibilities.

The following exercise is broken down into steps, encouraging everyone to engage in conscious breathing and visualization. It emphasizes the importance of intentionally focusing on the process of breathing to create a sense of enlightenment and increased awareness.

This exercise is presented as a means to enhance one’s connection to the divine and experience life more deeply.

I highly recommend that you practice the following breathing exercise as often as possible. It will serve as a valuable tool in your ongoing journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Breathe

  • Breathe in.
  • Notice how you feel while taking in the energy of life.
  • Breathe deeply for a while.
  • Picture this energy of life entering through an opening at the top of your head.
  • Using your minds eye, watch as it moves through your body.
  • Breathe out.
  • Let the energy exit through your feet.
  • Do this a number of times.
  • Next, picture filling your brain with this energy.
  • Feel the oxygen fill your brain, feeding and nourishing the cells there.
  • Do this intentionally for seven minutes.
  • Do not worry as you feel light-headed because you will be light-headed.
  • You have intentionally sent the golden white light of the energy of life to your brain.
  • This enlightens your brain cells and you may feel a sense of enlightenment.
  • With that physical feeling may come an increased awareness of life, of everything around you.
  • You have opened your mind, exposing it to the gentle breeze of expanded consciousness.

Reread these steps as often as you want!

I’ve used this breathing exercise many times and each time feels like a new experience. I believe my trust in the process increases each time I use it and I believe, more each time, that I accept whatever is coming.

As you repeat this breathing exercise, you may find that your trust in the process grows stronger as mine did. With each practice, your acceptance of whatever comes your way deepens, enhancing your connection with the life force that flows through you.

Breathing is a fundamental process that signifies the life force entering, flowing through, and being sent back to life itself.  It’s a natural and vital function, requiring no instruction because it is life-serving.  It is the first thing you do each moment.
