Feeling Good

It’s natural for you to want to feel happy.  It is part of your nature to desire to feel good. 

Every thought we have comes with a feeling that our soul sends us.  When a thought pops into your mind, the way you feel is like a message about that thought.  If the feeling isn’t nice, you can change your thought and give it another go. Keep doing this until you feel good.

Paying attention to one’s feelings is a guide for life.  Feelings are responses to thoughts and each feeling serves as a signal about the thought in question.  If you’re experiencing a negative feeling, it means you have a thought that is not in alignment with your life plan. However, you can change your thought to request a new feeling.  Changing your thought until you have a positive feeling will always serve you well on your path.

For example, imagine you’re angry with someone, and you think you should smack them.  But that thought doesn’t feel good.  So, you change your thought to just talk to them loudly.  Still, it doesn’t feel good.  Finally, you decide to smile instead, and that feels good.  You keep this good feeling and move on.  Now, your mind stores this experience which includes the good feeling and that starts attracting more good experiences into your life.

You are now living your life by choice and not by chance.  You are living your life consciously.  You have just created a change in your consciousness. You consciously chose to keep changing your thought until the thought was accompanied by a good feeling. You consciously caused that experience to contain a member of love, your smile, before that experience was stored in your mind.

You are living life on purpose.  You are conscious of the feeling you are experiencing, then rejecting it by choosing a new thought, until the feeling is one you choose to accept, and move on.  If it does not feel good, think again!  You are developing a whole new way of thinking.  You’ve changed the way you think.

By consciously choosing positive thoughts and embracing good feelings, you can create a more fulfilling and harmonious life in alignment with your life plan. 

Trust your feelings, especially the gut feeling, as they are reliable guides in life.  Feelings are simple and honest.  There is no guesswork with feelings.  Feelings never lie.  You can always trust them.
