Loving oneself is inherently intertwined with loving God. In essence, you cannot truly love yourself without also loving the divine. This love is not a separate, divided love but a singular and shared experience. God exists within you, and as such, loving yourself is an expression of loving God.
Likewise, you cannot hate another person without also hating God, as a part of God is in that person you are hating. Because God is everywhere, God is in you and is in that person you are hating too. God is everywhere so God must also be in everyone.
Because God is within every individual, any ill will you hold towards another extends to the divine presence within them.
By hurting yourself, you also hurt God, as God experiences that pain as intimately as you do. Smile and God experiences that smile at the same level that you experience it at. Do something that makes you feel good and God feels good too. Give so much joy to another so that you cry tears of joy and God experiences your tears of joy too. Think of yourself as love, joy, harmony, peace, unity and oneness and God experiences you thinking that as well. You are happy. God is happy. I love it when I’m driving down the road and smile just so I can make God smile too. It’s a powerful feeling and fun too. It’s a great way to start the day, end the day, and improve all parts in between. Individuals are interconnected with God, experiencing life together.
It is a profound and liberating realization to recognize that you can make God smile by simply smiling yourself. This is not a one-sided interaction but a shared celebration of life. Embrace the power of this interconnectedness to brighten your days, from the moment you wake to the moment you rest your head. It is an uplifting and joyful practice that can transform your life.
By celebrating the present, one acknowledges the divine presence in their body. It’s important to enjoy the journey and the present rather than waiting for a future reward. Many live their lives expecting to party in the afterlife.
Life is not a journey that leads solely to the end; it is a treasure chest filled with the gifts of unique experiences that unfold in each moment.
In essence, life itself is a grand and continuous celebration. Each day is a gift, and every moment presents an opportunity for joy. Consider your life as a gift, and take joy in the everyday experiences.
Your body, wondrously magnificent and divinely created, is yours to celebrate. Treat your body as the sacred temple it is, housing God’s love, joy, peace, harmony, unity, and oneness.
The miraculous human body, composed of trillions of cells operating in perfect harmony, serves as a testament to God’s creative genius. All the technology known to humanity could not replicate the flawless precision of the human body. Every cell, placed with exactitude, fulfills its role seamlessly. Indeed, the human body, a creation far beyond human capacity, is a testament to the divine.
Consider whether anyone or anything other than God could be responsible for something as wondrously magnificent as the human body.
Connection with the divine is instinctual in humanity. That means you are connected to the divine, instinctually. It is your instinct to be. With God in you how could it be otherwise? The impulse toward the divine is cellular. That means each of the trillions of cells in your body has an impulse toward the divine.
Understanding the divine nature within oneself and the body is a profound shift in consciousness.
Humanity possesses an innate connection to the divine. This divine connection is ingrained within us, instinctual and inherent. Our very existence is testimony to this connection, a reminder that we are born with an impulse towards the divine. This instinct emanates from each of the trillions of cells within us, each bearing a natural inclination towards the divine.
Now, therefore, since every one of your cells is instinctively connected to the divine and each has an impulse toward the divine, and each has that knowingness in it, you, as the whole of those cells, are also all of that.
You, as the composite whole of these cells, embody this impulse towards the divine. You are both an individual and part of the higher self, reflecting the divine essence inherent in the human experience.
Take notice, appreciate, and celebrate the transformative change in consciousness discussed earlier. Consider yourselves as instruments of peace, as your awareness of the divine presence within you is key to promoting peace.
From what little you understand of your body today, even in that understanding there is more God in you than there is you in you. You have a higher self and you are a higher self. Observe this transformation, appreciate it, express gratitude for it, and celebrate it. With each realization, you become a more powerful instrument of peace.
