Adding Magic To Your Breathing

 
(The breathing techniques described below are safe for most people to use without fear. If, however, you have a breathing issue of any sort, consult your doctor before using them.)

Breathing is the first thing a baby does when it is born, or the baby does not survive. The baby starts breathing automatically without it having to think about how to start the breathing process.  Breathing is a life serving, automatic, built-in function of every human body.

Do you think about, or focus on, your breathing?  Many humans spend their entire lifetime not giving any thought to their automatic breathing.  Inhaling brings oxygen into our body and exhaling removes carbon dioxide from our body.  Both are good for us.  Both are life serving.  Many believe that is the extent of our breathing capabilities.

What if we have more breathing capabilities that we have not learned to use yet?  What if breathing was meant to serve as an example for us to learn from?  What if God intended for us to learn from our breathing process and develop more uses for it? Would you be interested in learning more?

Let me introduce you to what I call focused breathing?  It’s an enhanced breathing technique that comes with some really great benefits.

To start, breathe like you normally breathe.  Next, while breathing normally notice your breath enter and leave your body.  Do more slightly larger breaths and again notice each one.  Start paying close attention to where the air is going in your body.  Notice it spread to new areas of the body with each breath. You may start tingling a bit which is fine. 

As you continue this breathing, notice how you can direct, or think, each breath into a different area of your body.  You decide. The breath goes there.  You can even direct your breath up into your head and around your brain.  Do not be surprised if this puts you to sleep sometimes.  It is always relaxing.  I’ve used this technique for decades to get back to sleep quickly if I wake in the middle of the night.

Now we get to the exciting part.  Did you know that with every breath we take, we can add to the good stuff coming into our body and we can add to the bad stuff that is leaving our body.  We can breathe in more life energy into our body, and we can breathe sickness and disease out of our body.  This has worked for me for decades and I’m starting to teach others to do it too.

What many people do not know is that when you take-in a breath of air, it carries other things into your body as well.  I think of it as carrying more energy of life into our body.  What’s also interesting is that this energy of life does not enter with the breath through our nose or mouth.  Instead, it enters through the top of our head, like an energy center.

Let’s try this new way of breathing which will make us feel even better.  First, take a deep breath in and then let it out slowly. Do this a few times. It’s easy because our bodies know what to do.

Now, pay close attention to your breath. Notice how it feels when you breathe in. You might not feel it going into your lungs, but you can feel it leaving your body when you breathe out. Keep focusing on your breath, and you’ll start feeling more alive with each breath you take.

As you continue, notice the energy of life entering the energy center at the top of your head with each breath.  Allow it. Notice it. Experience it.

Notice how the energy enters and courses thru your body.  As you exhale, notice how the energy courses thru the rest of your body and down your legs and out of your feet.  It kind of feels like super tiny sand moving freely through the whole body.

As you continue this breathing and energy coursing, picture your body handing off any disease or other bad things to this energy as it is then carried out of the body. While I am doing this, I tell the bad stuff it gets to leave my body.  So, it goes.  As we continue this process, we can let go of any yucky feelings or sickness. Bye-bye, bad stuff!

Once you are comfortable with this breathing technique, add another important ingredient. Every human has a wondrously magnificent body.  It is designed to heal itself in many ways. However, if we can assist the body in doing that, shouldn’t we.  You are not required to do this.  It may, however, help you immensely if you do.

Imagine that you could metaphorically hitch a trailer load of dis-ease to the air you exhale every breath. Carrying disease out of your body would be a huge accomplishment. If you could do it, would you?  I did. I do. I’ve not been sick for over 40 years. It works for me. I’ve used it so long I have complete confidence in it.

This technique required that I change my mind. It will also require that you change your mind in order to have it work for you. You have free will, as I do, to change your mind. Or you can choose to not change your mind and keep living as you were or are.

I stated earlier that I have not been sick for over 40 years. Technically that is not entirely true. I love it when I get a ‘touch’ of the flu for example. That could be considered sick, but I think of it as about-to-get-sick. I feel it a bit, I notice it, I experience it. Sometimes it is enough for me to ‘know’ what it is. For example, I got the flu many times early in my life, so I know what that experience feels like. So now when I get a little of that feeling I automatically start breathing out with the full, focused breath carrying flu out of my body. It works. I have many 70-80-90-year-old friends who get the flu even some who get the flu shot which I do not. They also got Covid, some after getting the Covid shot. I also did not get Covid.  Or did I? If I noticed feeling a bit sick, I would exhale it out of my body. Was it Covid? Was it the flu? I don’t know. And I don’t care. What I care about is that whatever it is that is in my body get to leave with each exhale I do.

Picture what was around the moment before God created everything.  That moment when there was only God.  In that moment there was nothing to create stuff from, or out of, except God.  Therefore, my logic says that everything God created was made OF God. Therefore, everything that God created contains God.

That includes air.

That means God is in the air we breathe.  God is in the air as much as God is in anything else.  By breathing more, we breathe more God into our body.  I think all humans are better served by having an extra dose of God in them.  Keep that in mind as you practice this breathing exercise.  Imagine bringing more of God into you, into your body, purposely, intentionally, with every breath you take.  Also remember that God answers every request me make. God will attach disease to your exhale if you ask God to do that. And you can ask simply by thinking that thought. Or by saying the request out loud.  Or by writing the request.  God knows your intent even before you think it.

World Peace Plan In Good Hands. Yours!

 Welcome to the second edition of The Peace Preserve newsletter.  Thank you for helping us create world peace.  Imagine how good you will feel in this process.

A change in human consciousness is needed if humans are to experience world peace; that according to God.  The Peace Plan, available at www.ThePeacePreservel.com, provides an opportunity for spiritual awakening and enlightenment as part of that fundamental shift in consciousness.  This shift will likely be accompanied by a deep sense of interconnectedness and understanding.  This Peace Plan is spiritual based not religion based.

Achieving world peace is an immensely complex and challenging goal.  Or not!   Challenging?  Yes, very much so.  Yet this is a fun challenge.  Complex?  Yes, if one were to attempt it alone.  Spreading the Peace Plan into the minds of people around the globe will create the massive shift in consciousness resulting in decentralized, distributed and collaborative problem solving.  This will remove much of the complexity.  Moving forward, when people are confronted with a problem, instead of looking for blame they will look for solutions.  We will all be better than we were before.

Launching the Peace Parade.

With war in mind, many now choose to protest and riot which includes lawbreaking, violence, blame, anger, rage, destruction and so much more negativity.  These actions attract more of that negativity to them.

With peace in mind, people can now choose peace parades that include lawful and non violent actions, filled with love, joy, peace, harmony, unity and oneness.  These actions attract more of that positivity to them.

Never before have we had more humans planning world peace than planning world war.  We now have the answers in the peace plan and now we can move on those answers.

Changing wars is changing circumstances. This brings us from one war to another.  Changing minds is changing consciousness. When enough minds are changed, this brings us to world peace.  To change enough minds, quicky, we need to parade the world peace plan around the world using the internet.  It’s word of mouth on steroids.  This is what we call the Peace Parade.

A Peace Parade is a torrent of world peace messages, including emails, texting and social media posts parading around the globe, using todays technology.

Suggestion: When a junk, scam or spam email arrives, do not touch, or click on, anything in the contents or subject area.  Instead, simply hit Reply and paste or type in www.ThePeacePreserve.com in the subject area and hit Send.  You will be spreading the Peace Plan to yet another person.  Now instead of feeling irritated with receiving their emails, you can feel good about sending them one.  Imagine what they will be faced with when thousands join this parade.  This might go a long way in reducing misinformation and dis-information as well.

Ponder a moment . . . what will world peace look like?

Greetings! Many of you know me as Ron The Handyman or as the past American Legion Post Commander or as a veteran or a relative or a friend.

With the season of giving in full swing and a new year quickly approaching, my wish is to contribute to your optimism for the potential realization of global harmony.  Imagine a New Year in which we finally experience world peace.

Today, I am reaching out to share an exciting initiative that holds the promise of bringing positive change to our world—The World Peace Plan.

In a time when the challenges facing humanity seem insurmountable, it is essential to stand together and work towards a common goal. The World Peace Plan is a grassroots movement that aims to harness the power of collective action to foster peace on a global scale.
